It's been a long time since I last did a plain figure study. I forgot how much fun it is to just paint away without having to meet design specs or cater to a client. I always try to make photo studies like this "my own" in some way, changing colours, details, simplifying and redesigning shapes. In this case, I used a photo by www.kuoma-stock.deviantart.com.
